Copyright and Licensing

Authors who publish in Etica-mente. L’annuario retain the copyright of their work.

By submitting a manuscript and agreeing to its publication, authors grant Etica-mente. L’annuario the right of first publication. The journal does not require authors to transfer copyright ownership.

All research articles and essays (excluding reviews) are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to share, copy, redistribute, and adapt the material for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and to the journal.

Authors are permitted and encouraged to disseminate their published work in institutional or disciplinary repositories, personal websites, and academic social networks, provided that the original publication in Etica-mente. L’annuario is clearly acknowledged.

The copyright and licensing terms are clearly indicated in both the article metadata and the published PDF.
