Etica-mente. L’annuario is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal devoted to moral philosophy and applied ethics, with a specific focus on the critical analysis of ethical issues emerging in contemporary social, political, legal, and technological contexts.
The journal aims to foster rigorous philosophical inquiry into both theoretical and applied dimensions of ethics, encouraging contributions that combine conceptual clarity with critical engagement with real-world practices and institutions. Particular attention is given to the intersections between ethics and fields such as law, politics, science and technology, urban studies, environmental issues, biopolitics, education, and social care.
Etica-mente. L’annuario welcomes original contributions that address ethical questions from diverse philosophical perspectives, including—but not limited to—moral philosophy, philosophical anthropology, political philosophy, social philosophy, philosophy of technology, bioethics, and environmental ethics. Interdisciplinary approaches are encouraged, provided that the philosophical dimension remains central and methodologically explicit.
The journal publishes articles that advance normative reflection, critical analysis, and interpretative inquiry, contributing to contemporary debates within ethics and related areas of philosophical research. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process and are published in Open Access.
